Q: After a User is created in ServicePoint and his default Provider is specified, can it be moved to another provider within that main provider or another agencies provider?
A: The feature to allow this is currently a low priority for implimention for Bowman Systems, so it is currently not possible. The user must be recreated under a different agency for you by CCEH. If your user needs access to another sub-provider of their current agency it's suggested to add that sub-provider to the "Enter data as ..." area of the user's permission page.
